Fair questions.

Is it really anonymous?

Yes. Your account is a nickname we generate (like Teal-Fig-482) and a password you choose. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number, and we do not store your IP address with your request. Clinics see your request, your country (and city, only if you add it), your nickname. Nothing more.

Because there is no email, keep your password and recovery code safe: they are the only way back into your account.

What does it cost?

Nothing for patients. Posting a request, reading replies and messaging clinics is free, and it stays free for you.

Clinics use dental.holiday for free during the launch period. Later, clinics will pay a subscription to answer requests.

Which clinics can reply?

Only clinics we have checked and approved can see requests. Before approving a clinic we ask for its licence and its authorisation to treat international patients. Approval is not a recommendation: always do your own checks, starting with our 15 questions.

Can I choose where in Türkiye the clinics are?

Yes. When you post your request you pick one or more regions, such as Istanbul or Antalya, or "Anywhere". Only clinics in the regions you pick can see and answer it.

Can I post more than one request?

Yes, up to 3 at the same time, each for a different region of Türkiye: for example one for Istanbul and one for Antalya. Each region can have one request. A request for "Anywhere" covers every region, so it is the only one. Put every treatment you are thinking about into one request; clinics can quote for all of it.

Once clinics have replied to a request, its regions stay taken for 30 days after you posted it, even if you remove it. If nobody has replied yet, you can close it and post a better one straight away. Clinics write each quote by hand, and this keeps their replies careful.
